We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support the Marketing department in its brand recognition and growth objectives. This role is in office full-time and based in the Chicago Loop area.
Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll have a diverse set of responsibilities. These will include:
- Create & manage social media calendar for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Create social media content and post according to our content calendar and campaigns. Continue to optimize the company's social media pages on Linkedin, Twitter, & Facebook.
- Coordinate our presence at industry events, conferences, webinars, and office events.
- Assist in managing news and resources updates via the Titan website that include, but is not limited to, public safety information, important information regarding city events and other useful topics.
- Coordinate email campaigns to clients and employees regarding important information related to happenings within the company and safety information from city departments.
- Assist with monitoring metrics to determine the effectiveness of social media and email efforts, suggesting necessary modifications to increase the effectiveness.
- Building proposal and presentation decks to be used in client meetings.
- Assist with the production, updating, and creation of marketing materials and collateral.
- Provide general marketing support as needed.
- Association and Event Planning Experience
Qualifications:
Must have experience:
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator (Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Experience with Wordpress, page building and content management
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media channels while utilizing Social Media Management Platforms (Hootsuite)
You would be our ideal candidate if you have:
- 3+ years in a position that includes prior experience with social media, creative design, and email marketing.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are key to success in this position.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Resourceful and solution-oriented. You can be given a task and put it together from beginning to end in a timely manner with minimal guidance or oversight.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. You take ownership of your role and have a sense of urgency to proactively stay on top of your various projects and responsibilities.
- A team player and able to take feedback as an opportunity to improve and develop skills to grow into a career with the company.
- Pay attention to the most minor details and are extremely organized. You can deliver high caliber, on-time work while managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems and software.
