Staff Accountant

A client in Lawrenceville, PA, is looking for a temporary Staff Accountant.

The position is 100% onsite and free parking is being provided.

The role Part-time.

• Oversee the accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to keep track of company expenditures and revenues.
• Maintain the general ledger by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
• Prepare and make adjustments to journal entries.
• Handle the month-end closing procedures to ensure all financial data is accurate.
• Utilize accounting software including NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.
• Maintain customer records in the NetSuite CRM, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and transactions.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth transactions.

• Possession of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Experience with General Ledger maintenance and Journal Entries
• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures is a plus
• Knowledge of Netsuite CRM would be advantageous
