Complex Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff)
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Litigation Paralegal with a top-rated Plaintiff Complex Litigation firm. This role involves supporting attorneys in a hybrid/remote work environment. The focus is predominantly on high dollar Personal Injury cases, including Medical Malpractice, Traumatic Brain Injury, Trucking Collisions, Product Liability, and Wrongful Death.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research related to personal injury cases
- Be responsible for the preparation and organization of trial materials
- Handle discovery processes efficiently and effectively
- Analyze patient medical records for case relevance
- Prepare and review medical records for client cases
- Support attorneys during jury trials.
