The Store Manager position will bring out and foster your entrepreneurial spirit. The role of Store Manager is responsible to assist in the growth of top line sales and help create a highly engaging and interactive in -store customer experience.
The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team.
Responsibilities
Outstanding personal sales
Training sales associates
A strong customer service environment
Execution mechandising standard and all other operation standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory and cash balancing
Requirements
2+ years Management experience with a retailer
Strong command of written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills
Strong time management skills
Available evening and weekends
