Requirements
As our chosen Community Manager, every day you will help people buy their dream home, enforce property rules, ensure cleanliness of amenities conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Starlight Village (55 Spaces) is a beautiful, manufactured housing community in Costa Mesa, CA and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role:
Have experience working in Manufactured Housing or Property Management
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Must live On-Site
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Must physically read meters at each space
Bonus Skills
Manage America experience
