Job Description
Project Management- Plan and schedule projects, including short-interval schedules.
- Schedule manpower and develop a working budget based on estimates and project timelines.
- Manage job progress by coordinating subcontractors, resolving problems and conflicts, and maintaining proper documentation.
- Apply quality control and safety control techniques throughout the project.
- Evaluate and control project costs weekly, including labor, material, and equipment expenses, ensuring profitability while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting client needs.
- Provide leadership through team-building, effective communication, motivation, and sound judgment.
- Manage, mentor, and coach Pepper Construction Supervisors to foster professional growth.
- Display self-initiative and motivate team members to excel.
- Promote a culture of safety by educating all parties on its importance and ensuring compliance.
- Build strong relationships by earning the respect of clients, architects, and engineers.
- Represent the company with a professional appearance that reflects its quality reputation.
- Establish trust and rapport with building officials and inspectors to facilitate project success.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions to uphold the company's standards and reputation.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.
- 3 years or more experience in a field supervision role preferred.
