**[Professionalism[ **and Customer Service**: Attend to guests in professional manner in greeting, showing guest to their table, providing menu and drink options, taking guests order for food and drink, answering questions about the menu options with knowledge of those menu options.

Checking in routinely with guests after order is delivered for any needs the guests may have. Providing friendly, professional closing out of guest bill and providing receipt.

**Clean Environment**[: Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping. Participate in cleaning the area prior to leaving work each day.
