Production Compounder Associate
COMPANY OVERVIVEW:
Pavement Maintenance Group is an industry leader in the production and distribution of pavement preservation and maintenance products. JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Candidates must possess the ability to multi-task, problem solve, learn in a quick fashion, communicates in an effective and clear manner, provides a high level of customer service to clients, vendors, and team members.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and housekeeping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
- Responsible for batching materials with quality control.
- Order raw materials for batching.
- Responsible for the transfer bulk raw materials from storage tanks into production tanks.
- Onload/Offload bulk tankers with materials.
- Verify batch card matches the label/printer.
- Set up scale for production run according to specifications.
- Pour accurately finished product into box to be stored for shipment.
- Read batch cards to pull raw material for making new batches.
- Lubricate and clean parts, replace packing and equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Assist maintenance with light repairs as needed.
- Production processing according to specifications.
- Stack and wrap product safely.
- Able to safely operate a forklift.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and bulk tankers.
- Team oriented; job may include more duties than what is listed.
- Monday
- Friday 7:00am
- 3:00pm (off season) / 7:00am
- 4:00pm (busy season)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability are essential.
- 1-3 years of production/warehouse experience.
- Forklift Certification and experience highly desired.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license that meets companies’ insurability requirements.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and climb ladders.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly requiring sitting, stand, walk, climb, bend, squat, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear.
