Business Analyst

Job Overview:

The Digital Services Delivery department is developing innovative, customer-centric mobile applications for automotive products. We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the expansion of our digital solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams—including software development, design, marketing, and customer support—to optimize user experience and drive product success.

This position follows a hybrid work model, balancing onsite collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Technical Analysis:

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to define comprehensive business needs.
• Translate complex business processes into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Map current ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") process flows.
• Manage and refine the product backlog using JIRA or similar tools.
• Prepare test plans, execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure high-quality releases.
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze platform performance and user impact.

Stakeholder & Initiative Support:

• Identify key stakeholders and establish clear communication flows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to assess cross-team dependencies and business impacts.
• Present key findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Assist in project governance activities and support transition from project implementation to production support.

Agile Methodologies:

• Participate in Agile workflow activities such as Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Contribute to the department’s Agile transformation, promoting best practices and process improvements.

Department Support:

• Assist in business plan development, reporting, and budget tracking.
• Support compliance initiatives related to customer data privacy and governance.
• Manage multiple projects, sometimes serving as a project leader.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with relevant subject matter training.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within digital products or mobile applications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA is a plus.

Must-Have Skills & Competencies:

• Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer experience.
• Knowledge of UAT, system testing, and release management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations, business cases, and reporting.
• Ability to manage medium to large projects/initiatives and support extra-large projects as needed.
