We are offering a temporary employment opportunity for a Change Management Consultant. The selected candidate will be tasked with leading and managing the change management process for an enterprise-wide implementation of a Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

This role is crucial in aligning people, processes, and technology to capitalize on the benefits of this new system.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of the organization's readiness for the HCM implementation and identify key stakeholders for engagement
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to the needs of the HCM implementation
  • Collaborate with functional teams to design phased implementation roadmaps and prioritize activities based on organizational impact
  • Create tailored communication plans to inform the organization about the HCM initiative and identify training needs
  • Develop training materials or partner with training teams to ensure competency and awareness of the new system functionality
  • Utilize stakeholder matrices and engagement metrics to monitor adoption progress over time
  • Identify resistance trends and implement strategies to mitigate these concerns proactively
  • Create policies encouraging employees to use and adopt HCM tools through seamless integration into daily workflows
  • Work closely with Project Management Office (PMO) teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with the overall project schedule and milestones
  • Serve as the link between technical implementation teams and end-users to drive transformational success
  • Define success metrics to evaluate the impact of change management efforts, such as adoption rates, user satisfaction, and proficiency development
  • Deliver regular status reports to key stakeholders and executive sponsors highlighting risks, achievements, and corrective actions needed.
  • Must have held a role as Project Manager or Senior Consultant previously.
  • Demonstrable skills in Change Management are essential.
  • Experience in Organizational Change Management is required.
  • Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) is expected.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM is necessary.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and projects.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box to find solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Advanced decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management is desirable.
