Responsibilities

As a Supply Management Planner, job duties include:

• Execute planning activities within a defined framework/system, primarily impacting the organization/unit in a low-complexity supply chain.
• Maintain regular contact with business-critical suppliers and handle complex incidents related to suppliers, supplies, or services.
• Analyze performance and provide feedback on key supplier management indicators.
• Collect and consolidate information on cost drivers, market dynamics, issues, areas of innovation, and alternative suppliers.
• Provide valuable market insights to senior colleagues for decision-making.
• Contribute to reviewing existing operations, supporting the generation of new ideas for continuous improvements in the area of responsibility.

Skills:

• 2+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management for a nationwide organization.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and report on data effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence suppliers and stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement process management.
• Proficient in traffic and vehicle planning.
• Knowledge of assessment, costing, and budgeting practices.
• High attention to detail in reporting and review processes.
