• On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring that work progresses according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Team Management: Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel. Ensure that everyone adheres to safety protocols and quality standards
• Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time. Adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes and unforeseen issues
