Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Hiring Immediately
● Provide quality control inspections for high profile shipments. ● Run and monitor various reports daily. ● Distribute pick tickets based on order criteria to team members. ● Provide assistance for escalated order issues. ● Monitor truck capacity and cube trucks for delivery.
● Communicate any concerns regarding warehouse equipment with the warehouse manager. ● Provide coaching and counseling when necessary to team members. ● Provide feedback for reviews to supervisors and managers. ● Act as leader in charge during supervisors or managers absence.
● Effectively communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email and fax. ● Comply with all safety rules, policies and regulations. ● Assist employees with the reporting of all incidents, accidents and personal injuries. Assist team member with filling out appropriate incident/accident investigation forms.
● Must be proficient in the duties of Material Handler I, II, and III as it relates to warehouse operations. - Must be able to operate a Reach Truck
