We are currently looking for an experienced Used Car Manager. The qualified candidate will share our passion for great customer service, have the ability to deliver a superior customer buying experience and forge long term, repeat business relationships with all our customers.Gillman offers an extensive benefits program and opportunities for advancement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directs and coordinates activities concerned with sale of used automobiles
Supervises sales people to ensure job is done completely and customers are happy
Comes up with ideas to build the used car sales business
Minimizes wholesale loss
Purchases/directs the purchase of used inventory
Partner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach
In charge Building & maintaining a high performance sales team
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ Years’ experience with an automobile public company is a must
Proven record with preowned internet automotive sales required
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and/or employees
Ability to calculate figures and amounts
UCS experience is a plus
Remain organized and focused in a fast paced environment
Possess solid supervisory skills and superior communication and customer service skills
Bilingual is a real plus
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must be able to pass a drug test, MVR, and criminal background check
