Duties, Responsibilities & Other:

This position is for an underground Class A CDL Driver with general construction experience.- Operate and maintain CDL A vehicle and trailer combination.
- Perform routine maintenance and daily pre and post trip inspections.
- Perform various physical duties as instructed by foreman to complete construction tasks; dig test pits, hand dig trench, ect.
- Identify potential safety hazards. Create a corrective action plan when safety hazards are recognized.
- Must have a mechanical aptitude.
- Experience placing underground cable a plus.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Skills Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
- Highschool Diploma/GED
Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to maintain required certifications.
