Facility Nurse
Acara Solutions is looking for a Facility Nurse with an RN License for one of our clients in Williston, VT for one of our clients.
Pay:- $45
- $50 per hourShifts: Includes day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Scope of Responsibilities: Works with facility management to develop and implement programs to provide necessary service to our customers.
Assists in the training and development of subordinate staff, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.Job Summary: Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customers Job Duties:-Assess the needs of our customers, current and future.-Travel to customer locations as needed.-Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times-Provide communication, written and verbal, to Facility Management about service concerns and issues at the various customer locations.
-Maintain consistent follow through on all reported customer concerns and report to management.-Provide various customer service programs as requested (i.e.med pass audits, training, in-services)-Assist in the implementation of all corporate pharmacy marketing, advertising and promotional programs are fully executed and implemented-Maintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions-Maintains an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practice-Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information-Facilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel.-Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelines-Assist in the training and development of all pharmacy department personnel, including use of the Pharmacy Clerk and Technician Training Program-Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed
-Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs-Perform other duties as assigned
