Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Regional Director of Culinary & Nutrition Services position. This position will oversee the culinary operations for our Mid-South Region communities in the following locations:
- Magnolia Trace - Huntsville, AL
- Matthews Glen - Matthews, NC
- Park Pointe Village - Rock Hill, SC
- Tryon Estates - Columbus, NC
- Lanier Village Estates - Gainesville, GA
- Westminster Village - Spanish Fort, AL
This position offers the flexibility for the team member to reside near one of the locations above.
This position is responsible for leading assigned communities’ Culinary & Nutrition Services (CNS) management staff to provide high quality services while maintaining budgetary, operational, and regulatory compliance. Participates in the development and initiation of training programs.Ensures compliance with company and departmental standards, policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Hotel/Restaurant Management, Food & Nutrition Management, or a Culinary Arts degree or certificate
- Combination of relevant work experience should include 10+ years in food service management as well as 3+ years of training experience

Pay Range: $93,730.00 - $118,766.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
