Job Description
  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and resolve any delays or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, review financial reports, and adjust cost estimates as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to the project timeline or budget.
  • Review and approve project documentation, contracts, and change orders to ensure alignment with project goals and scope.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years experience in a PM or higher role
  • Ground up general contracting construction experience
  • Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or relevant experience in place of degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership ability to oversee more junior proejct managers and apms
  • Ability to work both independently, as well in a team setting
  • Passion for delivering first class service to customers
