Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for production staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.

• Prepare detailed work instructions to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Provide clear communication and training on work instructions to associates.

• Utilize JDE software for production and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records and generate necessary reports.

• Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking production data.

-Analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements.

• Coordinate and schedule production staff to meet operational needs.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production targets.

• Manage projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing rework, and enhancing

• Provide backup support for labeling and other production tasks as needed.
