Experience in Decebo, Edcast, Intellum is mandatory Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Administration: Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Maintain and update project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
Create and distribute clear project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and project updates. Organize and manage project files and records to ensure a clear audit trail. Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to project managers as needed. Conduct and lead project meetings, ensuring follow-up and action items are addressed.

Requirements and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management) or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role. Excellent organizational and time management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Team player: Must be collaborative and able to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Problem-solving ability: Can think critically and propose solutions under pressure.
