Key Responsibilities
Oversee All Operations: Lead all aspects of the restaurants operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest experience.Manage a Dynamic Team: Build, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of managers, chefs, supervisors, and crew members.
Drive the Grand Opening: Utilize your new restaurant opening experience to lead the launch from pre-opening initiatives to establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.
Achieve Business Goals: Keep the restaurant on track to meet performance standards, including hitting revenue and profitability objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a General Manager role within the premium, casual, full-service dining space. Experience with new restaurant openings is essential. You should be a natural leader with a knack for building strong teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
