Robert Half Legal is partnering with a reputable litigation firm and they are searching for a highly efficient Litigation Paralegal to join the team. This position involves supporting our attorneys in all aspects of the litigation process. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and compiling case-related information
• Case preparation by drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Discovery process, preparing and cataloging exhibits
• Coordinating with clients to gather information
• Trial preparation, creating and organizing trial binders
• Managing documentation and case files
• Deposition preparation
• Effectively managing litigation deadlines
