Overview:
Are you a passionate, customer-focused leader with a knack for managing a vibrant gift shop environment? Look no further! We're thrilled to invite you to join our team as the Retail Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.The ideal candidate will lead by example, drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure efficient store operations. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.
As a key player in our guest experience team, you'll make lasting memories while enjoying an exciting work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Previous cash handling experience.- 2-3 years of prior retail/hotel leadership experience.
- Sufficient grade math skills required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Micros and Excel preferred.
