In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their tax-related inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include answering calls, providing information about our services, assisting with appointment scheduling, and addressing client concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information to clients.
- Assist clients with questions about tax services and appointment availability.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Resolve client issues and concerns effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Follow up with clients when necessary to ensure satisfaction with service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of tax services or prior experience in a call center is a plus but not required.
