Job Description- Join my client as a Scientific Marketing Manager, focusing on brand visibility and engagement in the small molecule CMC sector.
- Develop narratives that clearly communicate complex scientific concepts to target audiences.
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate interest.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to produce content that accurately reflects my client's expertise.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, identify trends, and refine strategies for improved effectiveness.
- Represent the brand at industry conferences and events, managing presence and facilitating engagement.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Scientific Marketing Manager CMC will/will have:
- A degree in chemistry or a related field.
- 8+ years of demonstrated expertise in small molecule CMC.
- Strong ability to articulate complex scientific concepts to varied audiences.
- Passion for staying tuned in on industry trends and best practices.
- Willingness to work with cross-functional teams and external partners, with the flexibility to travel as required.
- Located in the Greater Boston Area.
- REMOTE position.
