As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Help Desk Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced help desk support for 24/7 operations, ensuring timely response and resolution of technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic equipment, including hardware, software, and virtual environment technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to investigate, analyze, test, diagnose, and modify electronic systems and subsystems.
  • Document issues, solutions, and system configurations accurately using ticketing systems.
  • Support system administration tasks, including operating system updates, network troubleshooting, and database support.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Assist in training junior help desk staff and end-users on IT systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • A degree can be substituted by relevant certifications or 4+ years of job-related experience in networking, operating systems, database management, and system administration.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience supporting 24/7 operations, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic systems and virtual environment technologies.
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineers and technicians on technical investigations and solutions.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and basic database management.
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems and documentation practices.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex systems and equipment.
