Property Administrator position available via Robert Half
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Property Administrator in San Francisco, California. In this role, you'll be expected to manage various aspects of property administration, from leasing and rent collection to property maintenance and accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the leasing process, including handling rental applications and overseeing move-ins.
- Develop and maintain detail-oriented relationships with all stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections of units, preparing them for new tenants.
- Take responsibility for rent collection, ensuring delinquencies are tracked and appropriately addressed.
- Oversee the upkeep of property grounds and laundry facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance work, reviewing the quality of their services.
- Administer accounting tasks, including management of invoices and petty cash.
- Carry out property and apartment inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Provide emergency coverage for the property during evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with CRM is necessary
- Proficiency in using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is crucial
- Knowledge of Management System usage is essential
- Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is desirable
- Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
- Capability to handle Billing Functions efficiently
- Familiarity with Budget Processes is a must
