Head of Professional Services - North America - Raleigh
Introduction:
As Symphony AI’s Financial Services Head of Professional Services for the Americas Region, you will be responsible for creating raving advocacy across our entire customer base by delivering high quality implementation and onboarding, consulting, and data services, and more.
You will support and develop your team, work collaboratively across all functions of the company and our partners, and mature our service delivery capabilities to consistently create value for our customers and optimize benefit and longevity for our business.
You will report to our Global Director of Professional Services and will participate as an active member of the Professional Services leadership team.
Job Description:
Responsibilities- Define, set, execute, and continually evolve the Professional Services strategy for the Americas region
- Lead a team of highly skilled Professional Services Professionals and Partners, having full accountability and ownership for the delivery of implementation, onboarding, and additional value-added services to NetReveal (NR) customers
- Track quality, productivity, and financial metrics to ensure efficient, high quality and impactful service offerings to our customers.
- Work with Sales, product, and engineering colleagues to ensure the success of the Americas business in achieving its growth, customer, people, and financial goals.
- Develop enduring relationships with our clients securing a strong advocacy and reference base within the region
- Grow the Professional Services revenue stream of the business achieving significant movement toward recurring revenue streams
- 10+ years of experience building and managing professional services organizations in fast growing B2B SaaS companies, preferably 5+ in Financial Services.
- A record of accomplishment of growing Professional Services businesses focused on Enterprise-class clients. You know how to lead and coach a highly utilised team to exceed revenue targets in the Financial Services/FinTech / Reg Tech domain.
- Expertise in driving strategic value to customers to support revenue growth in partnership with the Sales and Customer Success organization
- Proven partner with evidenced experience of working in close collaboration with cross functional partners (Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Operations, Finance, etc.) to define the services offerings, value delivery methodology, metrics, and operational models
- Passionate for the art and science of Professional Services; an expert in a wide variety of PS and cross-functional customer journey best practices and methodologies
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
