- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage personnel and complex IT tasks.
- Superior problem-solving capabilities with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Experience in controlling information technology budget.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in data analysis and process mapping.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies.
- Solid technical background with a capacity to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and specifications.
- Professional certification in IT project management would be a plus.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and project management software.
