Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking multiple Civil Engineering positions on be behalf of our client, a civil engineering consultant located north of the Philadelphia area. Site/Civil Engineering & Land Development Business Leader: This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-senior level individual with an aptitude for business development to support the continued growth and management of our client's expanding land development operations in Philadelphia and the surrounding region.

Responsibilities include:Ensure the fulfillment of client customer demands, satisfying quality to the level desired by the customer (response time to customer inquiries/correspondence is critical)Fully comprehend technical, legal and compliance issues, especially in the City of Philadelphia, and prioritize the levels of urgency around them by meeting regulatory obligationsLead business development activities, write proposals, nurturing and sustaining client relationships and revenue streams Coach, mentor, and develop all direct reports; understand and practice motivational behavior in leading your team and driving high levels of employee engagement; instill and drive a culture of collaboration with other departments, senior managers, and stakeholders in the companyManage client budgets; review and be familiar with both annual project budgets and revenue forecastsEffectively manage projects & personnel in coordination with others Other duties as assigned Site/Civil Engineering Project Manager: This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-senior level individual with an interest in business development, project management, and site civil engineering to support the continued growth and management of our client's expanding operations.

You will also be responsible for performing initial investigations at project sites to identify the necessary permitting requirements for a given project. You will be expected to perform both office-based and field-based assignmentPractice experience should include:Preparation of site plans, erosion and sediment control plans, land development and subdivision plansAutoCAD/Civil 3D and standard drafting techniques and applications with experience in the preparation of the following:Creating 3-D surfacesParking lot design/gradingGrading objectsProfiles/cross-sectionsKnowledge of pipe networks and corridors a plusLand development and GIS experience preferred
