We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate II in The Villages, Florida. This role is essential in providing top-notch customer service and support to our retail store team. You will be actively involved in maintaining an accurate inventory, ensuring a clean and organized store, and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a clear understanding and enthusiasm for technology, particularly our products and services, and act as a key resource for the store team.
  • Maintain a clean, accessible, and functional sales floor, promptly reporting any exceptions to leadership.
  • Welcome customers during peak times, connect them with a sales consultant promptly, and demonstrate our technology to new customers to encourage their return.
  • Regularly check and manage the back of the store, ensuring clean, secure, and properly placed inventory. Help with receiving inventory and maintaining store standards.
  • Assist the leadership team in conducting the weekly cycle count process and identifying opportunities to improve the store count process.
  • Stay updated with current processes and procedures, propose improvements that enhance the customer and/or store experience.
  • Adjust and adapt quickly to store management priorities and direction while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
  • Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Handle and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move around the store constantly. • Proficient in Customer Service, demonstrating an ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
  • Sales experience, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with various Procedures in retail operations.
  • Strong Leadership Skills, capable of supervising a diverse team.
  • Experience in Check Processing, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately.
  • Background in Retail, with an understanding of retail operations and customer service.
  • Knowledge of Conductivity, ensuring smooth operations in the retail environment.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management, demonstrating an ability to organize and maintain inventory.
  • Excellent Attendance record, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Proficiency in Go and ProFile software.
  • Willingness to work Overtime as required by the business needs.
  • Punctual, demonstrating a respect for colleagues' time and business operations.
  • Experience in Cycle Count, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Prior Store Experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Ability to maintain Walkways, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers.
  • Experience in QA Management, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
