Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or coursework is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is desirable.
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
