Risk Insurance Analyst- Real Estate Practice

TheRisk Insurance Analyst
will work closely with the Vice President and Insurance Risk Manager.
This is a position based onsite at a large Marsh Real Estate client in Atlanta, GA
(link removed) The client's risk management group is responsible for advising the company in all aspects of insurance coverage and its commercial real estate equity and debt investments and for the placement and administration of global insurance programs.
What's can you expect:
Assist with insurance program renewals, including collecting underwriting data
Handle basic insurance-related requests from Operations including certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, as well as other general requests for information
Review insurance policies for accuracy of policy terms and conditions; quotes
Follow up with insurance brokers on open items
Maintain insurance program registry and ensure all policies are received and stored
Processes and track department invoices
Gather renewal data forMaster builders risk and CPL insurance policies
Assist with the placement of portfolio-wide property and liability insurance programs and environmental coverages
Manage the acquisition and disposition process related to risk management
Work with the companys brokers and outside consultants
Assist asset managers and property managers with insurance-related requests, and provide risk assessment correspondence to the field
Participate in the property and liability loss control inspection process
Collect, organize and prepare exposure information and data for analysis
Provide quarterly and ad hoc reporting of insurance coverage information
Special projects as assigned
What you need to have:
Minimum 1 ro 3 years experience in risk management, commercial insurance brokerages or insurance companies
Demonstrated knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage required
Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

BA/BS, preferably in Risk Management, Business, Finance or Accounting
