One of our customers is searching for a Controller.
Responsible for the management, training, and development of all direct reports.
Implement and maintain procedures and policies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our numbers.
Compliance with GAAP and governmental regulations.
Direct the efforts of all external auditors, including the preparation of necessary work papers and requests.
Identify and implement modifications to accounting and financial systems to improve efficiencies and control.
Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
Lead in the preparation, review, and finalization of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Clearly communicate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Keep leadership abreast of financial status.
Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations.
Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
The Controller is ultimately responsible for the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results and analysis at all times. As part of the senior management team, the Controller plays a critical role in supporting the growth and profitability of the organization.

Work seamlessly with the operations team to improve financial accuracy and performance.
Accounting & Reporting
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports which summarizes our business activity based on past, present, and expected operations.Implement and maintain procedures and policies to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our numbers.
Compliance with GAAP and governmental regulations.
Direct the efforts of all external auditors, including the preparation of necessary work papers and requests.
Identify and implement modifications to accounting and financial systems to improve efficiencies and control.
Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile.
Establish relations with banks and other financial institutions.
Financial Planning & AnalysisLead in the preparation, review, and finalization of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Clearly communicate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Keep leadership abreast of financial status.
Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations.
Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
Perform ad-hoc analysis when needed.
