Exoben is a global leader in sustainable innovation, specializing in lithium and sodium extraction, advanced battery development, EV infrastructure, and responsible gold mining. As part of our mission to drive sustainable growth, we are expanding our capital-raising initiatives and seeking experienced FINRA-licensed Financial Advisors to help raise capital by selling Exoben shares to investors.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on driving sustainable innovation while earning a competitive base salary and a 7% commission on all successful share sales.

Position Overview

The Financial Advisor will play a pivotal role in selling Exoben shares to individual and institutional investors. Your primary responsibility will be to educate potential investors about Exobens vision, growth potential, and investment opportunities, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

This is a high-impact role designed for professionals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of equity markets.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Outreach and Relationship Building

Actively identify and engage prospective investors interested in purchasing Exoben shares.
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and institutional clients.

Provide tailored investment advice based on clients goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives.

Sales and Capital Raising

Drive share sales by presenting Exobens investment opportunities and growth potential to investors.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

Guide investors through the purchasing process, ensuring transparency and clarity at every step.

Education and Investor Communication

Educate investors about Exobens business model, sustainability initiatives, and projected financial performance.
Create and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and investment materials to prospective clients.

Respond to investor inquiries with professionalism and provide regular updates on their investments.

Regulatory Compliance and Documentation

Ensure all transactions comply with FINRA regulations, SEC guidelines, and Exobens internal policies.
Maintain accurate and organized client records, including investment agreements and due diligence documentation.

Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure ethical sales practices and adherence to industry standards.

Market Awareness and Strategy

Stay informed about Exobens operations, market conditions, and industry trends to provide timely and relevant insights to investors.

Analyze investor feedback to refine sales strategies and improve engagement efforts.

Qualifications and Certifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Masters degree or MBA is a plus.

Certifications (FINRA-Licensed)

The following certifications are required for this role:

Series 7 (General Securities Representative License)
Authorizes the sale of securities, including stocks and bonds.
Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law License)

Required for securities transactions in multiple states.

Series 65 (Investment Adviser Representative License) or Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law License)

Enables financial advisors to provide investment advice.

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equity sales, financial advising, or investment management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or institutional investors is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of equity markets and securities regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence investors.
High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM tools, financial modeling, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong ethical foundation and commitment to compliance.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary and Commission

Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Commission: 7% commission on all successful share sales.
