Senior Business Data Analyst

• The Merchandise Operations (MerchOps) Business Intelligence (BI) team supports the objectives of the Merchandising organization with effective data and analytical solutions.
• The team collaborates with cross-functional partners across the enterprise (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Store Operations) to ensure holistic solutions and their dependencies are addressed.
• Work closely with various IT teams to understand key merchandising and BI applications, acting as a liaison between the business and technology.
• As a Senior Business Data Analyst, leverage your understanding of data and analytics to gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions that provide visibility, save time, and improve processes in Merchandising.
• This role focuses on supporting Inventory Management, Forecasting & Replenishment, Order Management, and Product Disposition.
• Collaborate directly with MerchOps BI leadership to prioritize requests spanning projects, enhancements, ad-hoc requests, documentation, and system testing.
• Gain exposure to various technologies: HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server databases on the backend; Tableau and WEBI as front-end tools.
• Participate in the training and skill expansion of technologies like GCP, Python, and Power BI as team needs evolve.
