IT Business Analyst – Hybrid Role (Philadelphia, Oakbrook Terrace, Centerville, Newark)
Pay: $56/hour | Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm (In-office Tues-Thurs)
We’re looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team for a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and expertise in project support and task management.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and improve business processes.
- Coordinate project tasks and follow up with PMs to ensure on-time delivery.
- Facilitate meetings and ensure project documentation is up to date.
- Maintain data quality across departments during the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of IT Business Analyst experience.
- Strong project coordination and support background.
- Experience with meeting coordination and data quality management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

Pay Details: $56.00 per hour
