Experienced Automotive Technician

• owned auto dealer group is seeking an experienced automotive technician to join our team!

The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, and possess excellent customer service and time management skills.

• Ford - Nissan
• Kia - Subaru
• Genesis - Toyota
• Honda

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
• Use diagnostic equipment and computer software to troubleshoot problems
• Communicate with service advisor or manager about vehicle's needs, and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and accurately
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and repair techniques

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician preferred
• ASE certification
• Excellent diagnostic skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
