2025 Sales Training Summer Internship Program
The Sales Training Summer Internship Program at UWM offers an immersive, hands-on experience for college students eager to explore a career in the mortgage and sales industries. Interns will gain invaluable insights into sales techniques, customer relationship management, and industry-specific knowledge through structured training and real-world applications.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assisting the Sales Training team with preparation for Success Track client visits
- Conducting client tours on UWM’s campus
- Creating Vyond videos
- Contributing to special projects aimed at enhancing the sales training processes
- Utilizing the Salesforce application
- Shadowing experienced sales professionals to observe and learn effective sales strategies
- Creating job aids and PowerPoints to support training content
- Providing feedback on Sales Training programs and suggest improvements to leadership through presentations
- Completing the Initial Sales Training course
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2025 or 2026 (current junior/senior status)
- The ability to work Monday thru Friday, 40-hours a week, fully on-site in Pontiac, MI from the end of May to mid-August
- An openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and ability to be flexible in our every-changing industry
