Automotive Part Time Front Desk Cordinator
Receptionist – Auto Dealership
The candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be a self-starter, confident and friendly. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to emails and calls. Must be able to handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Part Time
Job Responsibilities- Handle all incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate department
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail
- Greeting clients and providing them with a high-quality experience when they are onsite
- Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personal for vehicle status updates
- Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
- Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as appropriate
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED
Compensation- Based on experience
- Yearly salary up to $25,000
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office: 1 Year
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Pass a drug screen
- Must be available some Saturdays
