Learning Administrator

MW Partners is currently seeking a Learning Administrator to work for our client who is a global leader in the aerospace, defence and security markets.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Perform all administrative and logistical tasks associated with the overall execution of the annual training plan, leadership programs and learning campaigns.
- Responsible for maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes creating training sessions, managing training invites, maintaining learner registration, updating employee training records and distributing evaluation.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure timely creation of suppliers and processing of vendor payments.
- Compile and develop reports as required - maintaining accurate training records, analyzing evaluation data and monitoring costs.
- Assist with creation and distribution of tutorials to promote various features of the Learning Management System
- Assist with creation and distribution of quarterly learning newsletter for all employees in North America
- Support the mentoring program by ensuring the system is up to date with active employees and sending out timely communication for monthly matches.
- Create and update learning curriculums and materials in the LMS and assign to appropriate employee population.
- Distribute learner feedback survey after each session and follow up with learners to improve response rate.
- Manage the central mailbox for the Learning team and be the first point of contact for all general learning and development inquiries.
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Cornerstone learning management system
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills required, with the ability to deal with tact and diplomacy with all levels of the organization.
- Strong orientation towards positive customer experience
- Able to work independently and resourcefully within tight schedules
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and learning management systems required.
Preferred Skills:
- Skills in visual arts such as graphic design, tools such as Photoshop, illustrator, etc.
- Proven experience in an administrative role
