Purpose of the Role
The Product Development Information Specialist will serve as a key person in the creation, organization, management, dissemination and retrieval of product information across all product lines and all Neo Life global markets having to do with Dietary Supplements, Skincare, and Homecare products.A member of the International Product, Science and Technology Team with specific responsibility for product information, data collection, documentation collection, organization and retrieval. Participates in the development and distribution of new product information and resources.
Assists the Senior Product Manager and Food Scientist in requesting and organizing documents for new, existing and renovated products.
In addition, the Product Development Information Specialist performs administrative duties pertaining to Neo Life’s Scientific Advisory Board and Chief Science Officer.Other key responsibility include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet business needs.

- Update existing Product Database with current information
- Maintain and update Q&A database
- Review Product Labels for accuracy
- Act as Global contact for international markets, Field Development team, and SAB
- Work with Technical Marketing Manager on creating FAQs
- Manage International Speaker calendar
- Manage SAB Speaker calendar
- Review all SAB invoices and expense reports before submitting to CSO
- Create SAB travel requests for international and national events
- Set up new SAB members
- Access, organize, and store all product related files
- Work with Senior Product Manager and Food Scientist to create and manage documentation control system
- Coordinate annual Arthur Furst Undergraduate Scholarship event with USF

Education & Experience:
- B.S. in Science related field. Nutrition related degree a plus.
- 1-3 years

Compensation & Benefits Package:The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and term life insurance.
