Senior Client Service Associate

The Senior Client Service Associate is a key member of the Client Services team and one of the firm’s most experienced associates. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, supporting and training junior associates, and ensuring exceptional client service.The Senior Associate fosters client relationships, enhances operational efficiency, and serves as the primary escalation point for complex client matters.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Senior Associate should be a proactive team player who demonstrates creative problem-solving, initiative, and adaptability.
The Senior Client Service Associate collaborates closely with the Client Services team to support the firm’s goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve as the primary contact for client onboarding, account administration, issue resolution, technology support, and scheduling.
- Maintain and oversee internal databases and electronic files in alignment with BEW policies and procedures.
- Manage projects and track team members’ assigned tasks.
- Continuously develop technical expertise in all areas of Client Services through internal training.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Client Service functions.
- Provide backup support during team member absences.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm or brokerage preferred.
- Minimum of four years in a client services role required.
- Expertise in account administration required.
- Experience with CRM systems and various custodial platforms required.
- Strong leadership and team management experience preferred.
- Background in investments and financial planning a plus.
- FPQP, CRPC, or Series 65 certification a plus.
- Experience in recruiting and interviewing a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
