This internship offers a unique opportunity to lead and execute various projects that will drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for consumer products.

Key Responsibilities:

Category Manager Intern, youll be responsible for

Analyze common New Product Introduction (NPI) and promotional scenarios using Cooper Lighting Solutions data to understand their directional impact.

Review Consumer Point of Sale (POS) reports and integrate findings into the Power BI interface for enhanced data visualization and decision-making.

Ecommerce Productivity: Evaluate the cost of doing business on various ecommerce platforms to optimize productivity and profitability.

Develop presentations on competitive product assortments, focusing on product differentiation, value offerings, and pricing strategies.

Regional Pricing Strategy: Conduct regional pricing reviews using Epicor data to inform strategic pricing decisions.

SKU Analysis: Compare core inline Consumer channel SKUs with Commercial channel SKUs to identify opportunities for optimization.

Energy Star Performance: Assess the performance of Energy Star (Estar) items versus non-Energy Star items to guide product strategy.

Currently pursuing a degree in, Business, Marketing or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• $21 - $28 per hour (based on year of study)
