Overview:

Position Description Summary

The Administrative Assistant IV will be supporting of Capital Improvement Aviation Programs.

This is a Hybrid role, in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Duties

Building/Construction Inspector:

  1. Able to work well with others and report directly to SCI & PCI inspectors.
  2. Able to write and communicate clearly with others.
  3. Able to ensure accurate and timely reporting. (ability to suggest improvements).
  4. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Manage everyday office duties and support inspection staff. (Manage office supplies).
  6. Have knowledge of VEO (Inspection/Document control program).
  7. Have knowledge of Prolog (Inspection/Document control program).
  8. Filing and reviewing of RFI’S, Submittal and some knowledge of Plan Reading.
  9. Able to communicate and Interact with Other Owner's, City Dept.’s., contractors and Airlines.
  10. Excellent knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office and management software (Be capable to create logs, charts, etc.).
  11. Available to work modified schedule and Overtime as construction activities require.
  12. May be called upon to take meeting minute notes in meetings.
  13. Liaison between Inspector and Project management/Document control.
  14. Coordinate Inspector meeting & with contractor & stakeholder including organizing weekly safety meetings.
  15. Ability to maintain and organize filing system from pre-construction to project close-out
  16. Ensure that inspector issued documents and maintained and in compliance with the contract documents and Owner's requirements
  17. The candidate should pass the federal background check and Owner's Badge will be required

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education Level:

  • Post-Secondary Education.

Minimum Years and Experience:

  • 10 years or more experience as an administrative assistant.

Wage Data Per State Requirements:

Pay range for this position is $38.60/hr - $47.20/hr. The starting pay will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
