The position of Senior Supervisor Production is within our Infectious Disease Developed Markets business unit located at Westbrook, Maine.
This is a Second Shift role. In this role you provide leadership in the day-to-day activities for an assigned production area or work group. Supervise manufacturing personnel and responsible for meeting production schedule and product quality requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Plan resources to meet the daily production schedule and produce quality products.
- Manages major projects; coordinates multiple tasks, and participates in cross-functional teams
- Monitors processes to determine actions that assure costs, productivity, yields, lead time, service level, and inventory control activities are in line with business goals.
- Manages exempt and non-exempt employees; provides continuous feedback and performs employee year-end evaluations.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.
- Develops and implements production operational excellence activities and identifies and executes continuous improvement opportunities in production processes, plans, tasks, and solutions.
- Plan resources to meet daily production schedule and produce quality products.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree: or 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement processes.
- 4+ years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing planning, documentation systems.
- Experience in a federally regulated environment preferred; knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards preferred.
- Ability or aptitude to work on problems that are complex in scope where analysis of situations or data involves multiple competing priorities.

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
