Requirements
As our chosen Assistant Manager, every day you will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations at our conventional apartment community, help people lease their dream homes, complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures, and conduct unit inspections!Parkside (225 Units) is a beautiful conventional apartment community in Gresham, OR and we want YOU to be our Assistant Community Manager!
To thrive in this role:
1+ year experience working in Property Management
Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
Experience with rent collection & monitoring and delinquency management
Ability to deliver excellent customer service, including responsiveness to tenant needs and community engagement
Ability to handle complaints and ensure community standards are upheld
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and local authorities
Familiarity with property management software and basic accounting systems
Marketing and sales skills to promote vacant lots or homes and maintain high occupancy rates
A team player
