Warehouse Manager
The ideal candidate will bring extensive warehouse management expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities- Direct oversight of shipping/receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Ensuring the safety of staff
- Management of stock counts and inventory levels
- Scheduling of all incoming and outgoing orders to ensure customer deadlines and satisfaction
- Maintaining of a safe and clean work environment, free of hazards and debris
- Oversight of Front Counter and associated sales, inventory and stock levels
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the Industrial/Hydraulic Hose industry
- Intermediate to Advance in MS Office, with a willingness to learn new software programs
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing distribution setting
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people and personalities
- Experience successfully leading or managing a team
