Responsibilities:

• Handle order entries with precision and efficiency
• Assist with customer requests, demonstrating superior customer service skills
• Maintain accurate records and produce reports using CRM and ERP systems
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless logistics, transportation, and distribution operations
• Utilize Oracle, Microsoft Office Suites, and Sage X3 for various business systems and billing functions
• Leverage understanding of Customs in the context of distribution
• Utilize the 'About Time' tool for efficient time management
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in a logistics coordinator role within the wholesale distribution industry
• Proficient in business systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Preferred knowledge of 'Sage X3' software
• Ability to handle billing functions efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrable customer service skills
• Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience in delivering superior customer service
• Ability to work well in a team environment
