Accounts Receivable
3+ yrs-Collections experience-ERP experience (Netsuite/Oracle) 1+ yrs.

FULL DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate will be responsible for:-Processing payments: Entering customer payments, refunds, and adjustments into accounting systems-Creating invoices: Preparing invoices based on company practices and submitting them to customers-Maintaining customer files: Keeping customer files up to date with changes to names, addresses, and mailing instructions-Following up with customers: Contacting customers about overdue payments or to answer questions about their account-Reconciling accounts: Reconciling customer accounts and identifying discrepancies Salary Range: $22-$25/hr
